Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


At the The Tiny Tribe Clothing you have 15 days from the shipping date of your order to make a return.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).

Unfortunately you will be unable to return any personalised items.
 

We will also be unable to return any items where external care labels have been removed.

 

MAKING A RETURN

To make a return please email us at thetinytribe1@outlook.com

to let us know which items you would like to return and we will send you instructions on how to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. 

When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Once the return has been made, we will send you a confirmation email.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are customers responsibility until they reach us, so make sure all returns are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
